Bellow Sealed Gate Valve
The bellow cartridge is intricately welded to both the Valve Bonnet and the Valve stem, featuring multiple convolutions that compress or expand based on the Valve stem's movement. In scientific terms, compression occurs when the Valve is open, and expansion when it's closed. Proper installation of the Valve bodies is crucial. The bellow can be sealed to the Valves in two ways: welded to the Valve stem at the top and the Valve body at the bottom, containing the process fluid inside the bellow, or welded to the Valve stem at the bottom and the body at the top, with the process fluid contained in the annular region between the Valve Bonnet and bellow.
